General policy
All purchases, including mentorship programs, workshops, and events, are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are open to discussing alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling sessions or offering credit for future services.
Refunds for Mentorship Programs

Initial Deposit: If a deposit is required to secure your mentorship program, it is non-refundable once the program begins.

Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel your participation at least seven (7) days before the start of the program, a full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable) will be issued.

Cancellation After Start: No refunds will be provided once the program has commenced. However, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program’s timeframe at the discretion of Green Flame Community.
Refunds for Events & Workshops

Cancellation by Participant: If you cannot attend an event or workshop, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. In such cases, we will provide a full credit for future events. Refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation by Green Flame Community: If we must cancel or reschedule an event or workshop, you will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future offering.
Exeptional circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend or continue with a program due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a solution that honors your needs and our commitment.

To request a refund, credit, or reschedule services, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session, event, or workshop. Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be accommodated.
