Join us for Crone Café: Sex & Desire
We'll explore how desire shifts during perimenopause and menopause—not as loss, but as evolution. Not the "accept your new normal" kind of shift. The kind where you let yourself discover what you actually want when you stop performing for someone else's expectations.
We won't be mourning what's changed or forcing ourselves to feel things we don't. We'll explore what this transition actually offers: sexuality freed from old scripts, and the possibility of pleasure on your own terms.
